The T.A.S.T.E. Experience at Lost Valley Wines

Monika leading PV fruit tasting
Starting at $45 per Person

An intimate, vineyard-rooted gathering built around connection—between people, place, and the story behind each bottle.

Led by Wine Educator and Sommelier Monika Bielka-Vescovi, this experience offers a clear, approachable look into how our wines come to life. From farming decisions and soil to climate and vintage variation, you’ll explore the fundamentals through the lens of what’s happening here at Lost Valley.

A central focus is terroir—the relationship between soil, climate, and vine. Through guided tastings and open conversation, you’ll see how these elements shape each vintage and define the character of our wines.

Relaxed and unscripted, this is about real people sharing their work—giving you a deeper understanding of the craft and community behind every bottle.

Yoga in the vineyards

lostvalley-yoga
Starting at $45 per Person

Yoga in the vineyards at Lost Valley is designed to slow things down and connect you to the land in a more intentional way.

Set among the vines, the experience blends gentle movement, breathwork, and the natural rhythm of the ranch. Mornings are typically quiet—cool air, open skies, and the backdrop of the vineyard create a calm, grounded setting for practice. It’s less about intensity and more about presence.

After the session, guests often transition into a relaxed tasting. This shift—from movement to wine—highlights what Lost Valley does best: creating experiences that are rooted in place. The wines reflect the same environment you just moved through, tying the entire experience together.

It’s a simple format:

  • guided yoga session in the vineyard
  • time to unwind and take in the views
  • curated wine tasting to follow

Good for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The focus stays on connection—to the body, the vineyard, and the wine.

Educational Aromatics in the vineyard

Eudcational Aromatics
Starting at $45 per Person

A seasonal, vineyard-rooted experience designed to connect you more deeply to the land, the process, and the people behind Lost Valley Wines.

Each gathering begins in the vineyard, where you’ll engage directly with the rhythms of the growing season—exploring practices like pruning and the intention behind each decision in the field.

Led in part by Wine Expert and Sommelier Monika Bielka-Vescovi, the experience moves into guided sensory exploration. Through structured tastings and conversation, she helps guests build awareness of aroma, structure, and how vineyard elements translate into the glass.

Select experiences may also extend beyond the vine, incorporating elements like botanicals and distillation—offering a broader perspective on plant expression and craftsmanship.

Thoughtfully curated and intimate in scale, this is a relaxed, hands-on experience that unfolds naturally—bringing together education, place, and community in a way that feels grounded and memorable.
